Refund and Return Policy

Credit Card Payments

All major credit cards are accepted. Note that you may also use your Paypal account for payment.


Defective merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please include your packing slip or purchase receipt along with the item in its original packaging. We will refund the purchase price upon receipt of the returned items. The customer is responsible for return shipping. If you are returning the product for any reason other than manufacturing defect, we will gladly refund your purchase price, minus a 15% restocking fee. Contact us for more information: The definition of “Defective Merchandise” does not include surface cracks in wood that happen naturally over time and do not cause any leaking, rust or oxidation on any components of the bottle, and or any minor aesthetic imperfections that do not impact the functionality of the bottle.


The customer is responsible for making sure we have the correct shipping address. Orders placed by 1PM usually ship the next business day. During the ordering process, you will have the opportunity to specify a different shipping address.


Please note:

* WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR ADDRESS OR YOUR ORDER FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER AFTER WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ORDER. If paying by PayPal, please update your account with your current shipping address prior to placing your order. Customers paying by credit card will have the opportunity to confirm the shipping address during checkout.


If you choose USPS shipping, you must provide a physical address for delivery.


* USPS usually makes three attempts to deliver before returning the package to us, the sender. If this happens, we will refund your purchase price minus shipping fees we may incure. You will need to reorder with a correct address in order to receive the goods.


If your package is returned to us marked “undeliverable,” we will refund your purchase price, but not your shipping fees.

International Orders

The customer is responsible for making sure we have the correct shipping address. We offer UPS International for international shipments.

Where’s my order?

Orders usually ship within 24 hours from our location in the Midwest. You will receive an automatically-generated email informing you of the ship date and tracking information (with the exception of customers choosing USPS First Class Mail, for which USPS does not offer tracking service).
